GFX Workshop privacy
Plain-language version. Short answer: you can use everything without an account, we don't ask for your email, and we don't sell anything about you.
Without an account
- Your projects, pictures and uploads stay in your own browser. Clearing your browser's site data deletes them.
- A Roblox username you type is sent to Roblox (through our server) only to get that public avatar.
- We count visits and button uses per day without cookies or anything that identifies you.
- To keep free limits fair (free premium renders, AI messages), the server keeps a one-way code made from your connection's address and the date. It changes every day and can't be turned back into the address.
If you sign in (optional)
| What we keep | Why |
|---|---|
| Your Google or Discord user id and display name | To know it's you when you come back. No email, no password, no contacts. |
| Your render balance and the packs you bought | So renders you paid for stay yours. Card details stay with Stripe; we never see them. |
| Projects you choose to save to your account, with a small preview picture | So you can open them on another device. |
| Your settings: Roblox username, your title style, favorite looks | So the site starts the way you like it. |
One cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days. You can sign out any time.
Things you send on purpose
- Premium render: the scene is sent to our render server and used for that one render only.
- Community: a picture you share, its title, the name you type and the project (without your username or uploads) are public until you or we remove them.
- Feedback: the text you write, with no name attached.
Ads
Paying users never see ads. Free users may see banner ads and can choose to watch an ad for a free render. Ads never open a page or an app by themselves. We ask ad networks for non-personalized, kid-safe ads only. When ads are switched on, the ad network named here will set its own cookies to show and count ads: none yet.
Kids
GFX Workshop works without an account and without giving us any personal details. Signing in with Discord requires a Discord account (13+). If you're under 13, use the site without signing in, and ask a parent before buying anything.
Delete your data
- Signed in: Account > Delete my account removes your account, sign-ins, saved projects and settings at once.
- A Community post: ask through Help > Send feedback with its link.
- Everything in your browser: clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Who runs it
GFX Workshop is run by an independent developer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or made by Roblox Corporation. Questions: Help > Send feedback on the site.
