GFX Workshop: terms, credits and privacy

What it is
GFX Workshop is a browser studio for making game thumbnails, icons, profile pictures and clothes. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or made by Roblox Corporation. You keep the rights to what you make; you're responsible for what you upload and make with it.
Premium renders and credits
- Everyone gets free premium renders each day. Render HD in the browser is free and unlimited.
- Render packs are a one-time purchase (no subscription). Renders you buy don't expire.
- If a paid premium render fails on our side, the render goes back on your account automatically.
- Unused renders from a pack can be refunded within 14 days of buying: send a note through Help > Send feedback with the name on your account.
- Payments are handled by Stripe on its own page. We never see or store your card.
- Under 18? Ask a parent or guardian before buying.
Accounts and privacy
- You don't need an account to use the studio. Signing in (with Google or Discord) is optional: it keeps your render balance, saved projects and settings across devices.
- We keep as little as we can: no email, no password. The privacy page lists exactly what we keep and how to delete it.
- Free users may see ads. No ad ever opens a page or an app by itself, and watching one for a free render is always your choice.
Fair use
Don't use GFX Workshop to break the law, attack the service, or make content that breaks Roblox's or Discord's rules. We can limit or close access that does.
